Artechnic: a mobile distribution device

 For the last 20 years, Artechnic has been designing and manufacturing special assembly machines and vibrating bowls. Recently, the company has developed a range of centrifuges available in several dimensions (300, 500 and 900 mm diameter) and made from polyamide or stainless steel. These distribution systems allow high-speed feeding of components and have particular applications in the medical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical and electronics industries. Artechnic has further developed its technology by adapting these devices to multitrack feeds. For these applications, the centrifuge is mounted on a motorized shaft and controlled by a PLC. The advantage of this system is that it limits the number of peripheral distribution operations to assembly, filling and capping machines.
